At call service pricing is available in two levels.
Standard On-Call Service
 | Standard hourly rate of $88 (inc. GST) |
| Minimum charge 1 hour (additional time charged in 30 minute
increments) |
| Travel time is charged at standard hourly rate in one
direction only. |
| Response time up to 24 business hours. |
Express On-Call Service
| First 2 hours at $165 (inc. GST) then $88 per hour thereafter. |
| Minimum charge 1 hour (additional time is charged in 30 minute
increments) |
| Travel time charged at standard hourly rate in one direction
only. |
| Response time up to 4 business hours. |
Prepaid service pricing is available in three levels
Silver Service Pack - 5 Hours
| Pre-paid service with hourly rate discounted to $80 (inc. GST)
10% Discount. |
| Minimum 1 hour (additional time charged in 30 minute
increments) |
| Travel time deducted in one direction only. |
| Reponse time up to 8 business hours. |
| Must be paid in advance. ie. 5x80 = $400 |
Gold Service Pack - 10 Hours
| Pre-paid service with hourly rate discounted to $75 (inc. GST)
15% Discount. |
| Minimum 1 hour (additional time charged in 30 minute
increments) |
| Travel time deducted in one direction only. |
| Reponse time up to 8 business hours. |
| Must be paid in advance. ie. 10x75 = $740 |
Platinum Service Pack - 20 Hours
| Pre-paid service with hourly rate discounted to $60 (inc. GST)
20% Discount. |
| Minimum 1 hour (additional time charged in 30 minute
increments) |
| Travel time deducted in one direction only. |
| Reponse time up to 8 business hours. |
| Must be paid in advance. ie. 20x60 = $1200 |
